What you get

  • Each carrier's name, USDOT and MC number, city, county, fleet size and cargo.
  • Why it's on the list, with the notice date and the date a suspension takes effect.
  • Who insures it now and who did before, where filed.
  • A column for your own follow-up notes.

Where it comes from

Public FMCSA insurance, authority and suspension records for Texas carriers, refreshed every morning.

Renewal dates are not included, because public filings don't show them. CarrierProspect is not affiliated with FMCSA.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The sample and four weeks of Monday updates are free. No card is collected. If we launch a paid plan, we'll email you the price first and you decide.

How fresh is the data?

We pull the public FMCSA records every morning. A suspension notice usually shows up about 30 days before it takes effect, which is your window to reach the carrier.

Why no renewal dates?

Public filings show when coverage started or was cancelled, not when a policy renews. We'd rather leave a column out than guess.

Can I call or email these carriers?

The list is for your own prospecting. You're responsible for following the Do Not Call Registry, the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and your state's insurance rules when you reach out.

How do I stop the emails?

Every email has a one click unsubscribe link. You can also reply with the word stop.
